We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
We all understand that life happens, however there is a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you do not cancel your session 24 hours prior to your appointment, the session will be forfeit. If our trainers cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice then your next session will be on us. (Session has to be booked within 5 days of trainer canceling)
